ARTICLE XI - ADOPTION

This constitution, when adopted by a majority vote of the qualified voters of the Kaw Nation voting in an election called for that purpose by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to the Federal regulations, Provided, That, at least thirty percent (30%) of those entitled to vote shall cast their ballots, shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Interior for his approval and shall be effective from the date of such approval.
